Composite tungsten electrodes are offered in our company for the objectives of environment protection, while thoriated tungsten electrodes have slight radioactivity. Meanwhile, due to different industries, tungsten electrodes are used in different electrodes.
Normally,composite tungsten electrodes are pink or cyan tipped. They are used in war and aerospace industry. Thoriated tungsten electrodes with red tip are used in DC welding.Pure tungsten electrodes with green tip are used in AC welding.Yttriated tungsten electrodes with blue tip are used in military and aviation industry.
Besides above mentioned electrodes, we still provide cerium tungsten electrodes other rare earth tungsten electrodes.
